Three different levels are offered to clients:
1. Issues identification:
At this level a ‘map’ of issues, mechanisms, strengths, weaknesses and roadblocks is provided to help the client understand situations or persons in their lives or organizational systems. Including:
- Social-science based assessment of a key individuals;
- Assessment of group synergies and dynamics including hidden constraints and non-apparent opportunities.
The ‘map’ derived from the issue identification phase is then developed into a matrix of connected solutions. Including:
- Development of new attention and awareness skills to facilitate the emergence of creative solutions;
- Creation of a development plan for solution implementation;
- Plans for the on-going reduction of obstacles and realization of emerging opportunities and insights.
3. Implementation support:
Coaching support for the implementation phase can include involvement ranging from occasional check-in to daily involvement with the change process. Including:
- Provision of individual-specific and in situ group training;
- Private “sounding board” for key individuals as new, critical situations arise requiring highly adroit leadership decision-making.
